Hi! I am Kristin, the founder and owner of Charis Fitness. I am a certified personal trainer for over 9 years. I hold a certification in weight management consulting, as well as being a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach. My passion is helping busy women and moms get stronger, ditch diets, renew their mindsets, achieve fat loss and love the process!

At Charis Fitness we equip you to learn how to make fitness + nutrition a lifestyle that is both sustainable and maintainable. We emphasize personal attention and accountability to keep you going strong instead of giving up!
Semi-private training sessions provide personal + customized training in small groups of 3-5. Members train 2-3x weekly. In addition, we have select times available for private 1-on-1 training.
CF provides nutrition and fat loss coaching to help clients get the most out of their training. No diets. Just whole foods, effective strategies + the habits you need to create a healthy lifestyle you won't want to give up on!
